I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I am absolutely disgusted at their lack of humanity. My brother was transferred there from Sinai after a traumatic brain injury. Levindale just pushed him right out the door. The incompetent social work did nothing to help prepare him for life on his own. She knew he was going back to his home where he lives alone.
