Wow, I am truly impressed with the three women who were working. Started off being greeted and checked in by the lady at the front deck who was super friendly and accommodating, the next interaction was with the eye doctor. She was probably one of the nicest people iv ever met. I walk with a cane and she made it a point to help me feel more comfortable. This practice has a website that makes it easy to schedule appointments, even as a new patient. I was there the first time on a weekday for an eye exam for glasses. Dr. Jaclyn Coyner was my optometrist. She was punctual, professional, and efficient. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly. I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes from start the finish. It was definitely a wonderful experience!

Jaclyn Coyner is excellent she made me feel like she had been taking care of my eyes for years. She informed on how to make my eye site better, and my prescription in my eye glasses were to strong. She made me feel comfortable talking about contacts and she didn't make me feel it was all about getting money, she honestly cares for her patients. Thank you Jaclyn Conyer, you are awesome. 🧡

Very nice experience until the lady that measure you for glass tried to tell me my frames were loose so that I'd buy new frames. I checked them out and they were not loose. She said my insurance will pay up to $170.00 so it would only cost me $55.00 for her to order me new frames. I just said there nothing wrong with my frames, so I'll just new lenses. I only use these while driving and they stay in my truck.

First time patient and will definitely return for future visits. Staff very friendly (Dessire)and pleasant to talk to make you fell so comfortable. The doctor was very thorough, honest and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this place .and be their patient for ever .
