I visited Dr. Levi suffering from severe lower back pain. I had been told that I needed surgery. It would have been my 3rd one and I was hoping for another option. Dr, Levi was very understanding . He started me out with cortisone shots in my hips for bursitis and will follow up with an epidural in a couple of weeks. The shots have helped and I'm hoping for a good outcome from the epidural. I met with Dr Levi for the first time recently to get his opinion on some ongoing lower back issues. He was kind and communication was quite easy. His explanations of possible treatments were clear and easy to understand. I’m thankful I was referred to him.
Had my first visit with Dr. Levi and was very pleased with his demeanor and caring for my medical situation. He took all the time I needed and then explained he would not be the best doctor to take care of my long term medical needs. He recommended several medical specialists for me to consider making an appointment with as a follow up to my visit.
I have been pain in my right hip for years, finally Dr Levi oordereda mri of pelvis and found that I have a fractured pelvis. Now after all this I am on my way to recovery. Thank you Doctor Levi!
Dr. Levi is an excellent physiatrist. His professional expertise warrants recommending him to anyone suffering from spinal/joint pain. His bedside manner is exemplary.
