Once I was brought back to the room, I waited close to 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive, who did not apologize for or even mention the delay. I'm a doctor myself and I build buffers in my schedule so that I'm never more than a few minutes behind. Our patients' time is valuable. Dr. Levi himself was competent and had a good bedside manner.
Love Dr Levi. He listened to my concerns and had a plan to resolve my issues.
The staff was fast, friendly, they made sure I was comfortable with everything.
Dr Levi was knowledgeable and thorough, and put me right at ease. His manner is professional, outgoing and pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience.
I was referred to Dr. Levi by my PCP for treatment of cervical spine issues. Dr. Levi clearly explained treatment options and answered all of my many questions. He helped me with deciding which option to pursue first. He has a calming presence and is an excellent communicator. He also is very reassuring.
My appointment was for a herniated disc that was creating major pain in my left arm and weakness. After reviewing the results of my MRI he mentioned I had another disc that would most likely affect my right arm, recommended I go ahead and get an injection for that as well, to save me a 2nd trip. I agreed. His work was very professional, he has a calming influence, and made me feel like he personally cared about me and my condition. Practically no pain involved. Couldn't have asked for a better Doctor.
Dr Levy was clear in describing my issue, gave me several options and we chose the least invasive option first, but he has plan B and plan c if the first is not effective. Lots of hope that my pain can be controlled
