Nothing but great things to say about living here! Management is great and incredibly responsive. Dan Spears especially went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as tenants and we cannot thank him enough. Any issue has been met with a timely, efficient manner always with the kindest staff asking if there is anything else we needed. Will absolutely be renewing our lease!
If I could give 0 stars to this place I ABSOLUTELY would! Do not live here if you care about having working appliances. My washing machine (the ONLY amenity, as told to us when we toured) has been broken for upwards of three weeks! In fact, they ignored our constant messages and have "emergencies" in the other buildings almost daily so they cant come. This is not a one time issue, as our other appliances (dishwasher and garbage disposal to name a few) also broke and no one gave a damn, even with a maintenance request and cal... read more

I would not recommend this apartment, or DuPont Towers, to anybody looking to move. Over the past 2 years, I have had issues with broken machinery for weeks on end, water damage in my ceiling for a year, and stolen packages. The management team consistently will leave you with broken promises, and stalling to pay for fixes on utilities that are paid for in your monthly rent. If you value sleep, peace of mind and noise control do NOT rent here! The first two years I’ve lived here were fine. But this last year has been nothing but torture. I am currently writing this at 5:30 am and have yet to sleep because of the degenerates next door who I’ve reported multiple times. Screaming, yelling, vacuuming at 3 am, a nightly thing.
