I purchased a car from this dealership and was treated with dismissiveness and a complete lack of professionalism. Loai, the salesperson, was rude throughout the process. I asked about the warranty three times before signing, and while I was told it would we would coverer it later, we never did I never got clear answers. After the sale, I was completely brushed off. Disappointed and Frustrated – Deal Fell Through Despite Being Ready to Pay in Full I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and was fully prepared to pay the full asking price upfront, without financing.
