Took my laptop in there with a broken screen (had gotten dropped) These “professionals” said no problem easy fix. NOTE it was working perfect before taking it in except for the cracked screen. They called a few days later saying that it wouldn’t even turn on anymore and asked for more money! After I picked it up because they had ruined my laptop they charged me $35 for labor... $35 for ruining my laptop a week before online school starts. I have been to visit these guys seven times over the years (four different desktop computers, with seven different issues) - this is my first review. While having a ailing computer is never good, these gentlemen succeeded, on all seven visits, at getting to the bottom of my problems and quickly solving the problem. HOW OFTEN DOES ONE SEE A BUSINESS REVIEWED WITH 100% FIVE STARS? This is not an exercise in "Can You Top This?" but rather is my honest opinion of a one of a kind business. Thanks to Bob at Level Seven for diagnosing my Toshiba lap top computer problems. Preparing myself for a full catastrophic failure after spending hours trying to self-diagnose the problem, I dropped it off shortly after they opened on a Wednesday morning, and early that afternoon Bob called with the good news.
