Bryan got us started on our plans to enlarge our "vintage" garage. He was very knowledgable about city codes and requirements, as well as the structural challenges for our project. He gave us good advice on how to proceed. We will be using Level Engineering to develop the plans for our project.

This was my first experience with Level Engineering and it was certainly a good one. Scott was patient with all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood his answers and to make sure I understood my options to correct my situation. I plan to continue to do business with Scott and his company. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling an appointment. They were very pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled as quickly as possible.

I have had two major water leaks flooding my half basement and crawl space in the last two years. I was very concerned about possible structural damage that might have occurred. Scott came out and did a very good job of checking out all my concerns and pointed out all the places I should watch over the years for any future problems. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had Level Engineering and Inspection provide guidance on whether a wall was load bearing or not. They were easy to schedule, provided a ton of subject matter expertise and were very courteous. Would highly recommend!
