I an new to San Leandro and went to a local salon to get my hair done. I asked for full color and highlights. I came out looking like a brassy skunk. I reached out to Level 5 and made an appointment with Peggy! OMG!!! she was an angel sent. she was able to correct the color of my hair, tone it, and conditioned it to make it less strawy. I am so grateful for Peggy who fixed my hair emergency. I have found my new stylist!

From "personally coloring my own hair disaster" to beautiful new style and soft hair full of depth and shine. Rosa did an amazing job. Yesterday was my first time having my hair done at the salon. I have found a stylist close to my home. Thanks Rosa.

I love my stylist Karen. She is fun and does an excellent job. First time I have had a perm tgat I love. Friendly and professional. Cannot wait to see the remodel of the salon!
