I love the Level 3 approach to fitness. I have gotten much more in tune with my body and feel much better positioned to get stronger and faster without pain or injury.
I have worked with both Neil and Adir. I started with Neil to help me figure out what was going on with my IT band. I then took classes with Adir as my trainer. I am so happy with the results--no more pain and I am stronger and move better than ever. It is evident that all the staff really enjoy helping their clients reach their goals. My family and I live a very active Colorado lifestyle and Jen has been an incredibly valuable part of my overall fitness routine. Her knowledge of how the body works and how to strengthen it to keep me away from injuries is incredible... and for the times my body has needed some injury recovery, she has known exactly what to do.
