Great "gym" with integrated disciples who broaden their knowledge from one another. All experienced staff who also offer some free work shops to the community. Great staff with exercises appropriate for a wide variety of clients. So kind and patient.
I have worked with Neil for years and I loved every minute of it. I was so excited when I found out that he was opening his own fitness center. Everyone there is so sweet and knowledgeable. I always leave their gym feeling 100 times better and my entire family trusts Level 3 with their health. I love that each trainer will personalize their workouts depending on the person, age, strength, and so on. It feels like a real community and I love working out there!
I have worked out with both Lennon and Sarah, and they both definitely know their stuff. I am moving better after a long period of being a total slacker. As someone who needs accountability in order to work out, I appreciate having this supportive, friendly place close to home without the feel of a chain gym. Support a local business, and go check them out. Whatever your goals, whatever your age, they will help you out.

Outstanding experience today at level 3. Dave and Neil are not only knowledgeable and professional but helped my angry back and got me up and moving around. I highly recommend this studio for any PT issues you may have.
