I almost didn’t leave a review, because no services were provided, but then I realized that circled back to never getting a response back. I understand a simple dry haircut provides far less fun than dyeing somebody’s hair, but if nobody was willing to do it, I would have preferred to be told that. I wanted my sister to have her hair done before her birthday, so I messaged them ahead of time, they responded and whatnot. Booked a hair appointment for my gf and the staff seemed uncomfortable I was even there. Later found their social, or an employees social, on Tiktok calling boyfriends "cucks" for taking their girlfriend to the salon and paying for the treatment. Not sure what kind of business model that is, but I won't be using my money here again.
