i’ve called this place all week long for an appointment that I never made and no answer, I received a message saying that I booked an appointment with them for a hair color which I’ve never booked an appointment with them at all, even tried messaging them on the booking website and no response. How do they expect people to cancel or reschedule appointments if they can’t even answer
Messaged twice and no response. I guess they are no longer open?
I emailed for a consult and the girl they selected for me asked me to send pics of what my hair looked like. I even sent a video and she never responded back. Poor service all around.
I had a horrible experience during my last haircut in March. My stylist was friendly enough but didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. My first haircut with her she took off probably 2 inches more than i wanted, and during my second i asked for blunt bangs. I’m putting a picture of my bangs and the inspo photo i showed her. Do NOT let her touch your hair
