Why not to live at one of these properties....when u call their main office nobody EVER answers...for the last few YEARS, & "voicemail is not yet set up" & hasn't been for years. I also just found where its not a BBB Accredited Business. Your also lucky if you get a follow up email. This company is trash. My whole experience has been a nightmare. You know you’re a pretty shady company when you refuse certified letters from both tenants and attorneys.
I genuinely loved working for Leuven Group for just under three years. The home office is hands down the most supportive you could ever encounter. They have a very compassionate approach to all employees and residents. One very unique aspect of this company is how valued the maintenance teams are - it was simply inspiring.
