this is the worst warranty customer service I've ever had. I will not buy any of your products in the future.... totally unacceptable. I was told that they would not fix my scope due to when it when it was manufactured? how would I know when it was manufactured. then they offered me 30 % off a new Leopold scope... give me a break if you can't fix it you should give full retail value towards the new scope. it's not my fault you bought a company with lifetime warranty products. bad business if you ask me.
