I am an ffl/sot dealer that was today denied from buying leupold products. They said because my showroom was not substantial they couldn’t sell to me wholesale anymore. I buy 20 K a year from them. I will never suggest or buy another leupold product in my life. If it wasn’t so expensive I would destroy all that I own. Buy vortex even if it’s a little more. Screw you leupold!!!!!!

No, unfortunately our Product Service Team does not make those parts available for that particular model as well as some others. This is because if the twist-up eyecups fail on these models, it is usually the portion of the bino that the twist-up eyecup fits into that has been compromised and simply re-inserting the eyecup will not fix the issue. You have a customer for life! The recent customer service I’ve received is nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I’ve always purchased Leupold rifle scopes, binoculars, and spotting scopes, to which I will continue to for the foreseeable future. I had a pair of binoculars for the past 20 years that had some normal wear and tear for their age (a broken eye piece and missing O ring), that I sent in to get fixed/repaired. Leupold glass is great. I have 2 of their scopes on my guns. 1 is the older vx-1, the other is the vx-freedom. I wish I would have done a better job of analyzing the freedom scope. The crosshairs are too thick to be of any use past 100 yds for target shooting. The crosshairs are probably ok for hunting out to 4-500 yds on most big game, but almost impossible to see the center of the target at 200 yds, which is what I sight in at.

Great scopes & binos with excellent customer service. I sent a very old pair of binos that had been used & abused because the eye cups were slipping. They no longer stock replacement parts so they sent me a new pair of binos - a definite upgrade over what I had. I'm a customer for life now.
