I had a conversation via text with the sellers agent of 5800 Adair Dr. at 11am not expecting a response tonight, however she responded so I just thought she’s a hard worker. I have to do this in this manner because I’m buying a house in less than a week as I am already moving out of my current place in less than 7 days without a new place to live yet.
