Our business had two items moved. Along with personal items to another location 02/19/2026. 6 of the 9 big items moved were damaged. The company did not respond to reconcile until after we posted a bad review. They then came to view the damages said I would be reimbursed, made me get receipts, find second hand option for one of the items. I did all that and then they ghosted again. I want to be reimbursed to help with the damage, they have insurance and have had items damaged before with other moving companies but the proces... read more
Update: after this review they finally responded, have emails saying they would reimburse, two ppl from the company came to view the damages. Said I would get reimbursed and now haven’t heard from them on multiple attempts after weeks of waiting. (Now 04/29/26) Moved with them on Feb 19th 2026. Had 9 “big” items/furniture, 6 of which were damaged. I contacted them Feb 20th about the damages and sent remaining evidence Feb 26th and have received no response from them.
