Ladies at the reception desk are super nice. Very polite. Tons of smiles. The assistant who did the diagnostic(?) testing took her time to explain everything really well. I appreciate thoroughness. Made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Boulet is 1st class. Perfect demeanor. Professional, but warm and friendly. Really great manner overall. I'm extremely happy with my visit. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved the service we received today at Lethbridge Vision Care. The lady that did the tests before the doctor came in was friendly, easygoing and kind. She also has a great sense of humor! The doctor was great, he did his best to address our concerns and questions with care. The receptionist was helpful as well! After we got our prescription we went to the attached store and Naomi was quick to help us and took the time to offer the best price available. I had a serious eye problem and they were able to examine me on a Saturday morning. Dr Boulet did an excellent job and the staff handled the ophthalmologist referral very efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism!
