Austin literally saved the day! He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and so very kind! He was also very respectful/mindful of me, my home, and dog. I felt super comfortable with him in the home. Which was important to me during a stressful situation I have with bats in the home. An absolute pleasure to work with!! We had a mouse problem in our new home. Austin came right away and was able to find all the outside entry points and seal them. We haven't seen any since. He explains all options with no pressure, and his rates are very reasonable! We also chose to have bait traps put outside, and when he came to check them there had been no activity, which he communicated and we could decide whether to continue having them or not. His honesty is appreciated! Highly recommend.Â
I can’t recommend Austin enough! He helped us with a mouse problem and did a fantastic job. His rates are very fair, and he was kind, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how mindful he was about our pets—he made sure everything he used was safe and explained it all clearly. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to check every corner and make sure the problem was fully taken care of. If you need pest control, Austin is the person to call!Â
