Austin gave us the quickest response to our pigeon/solar panel problem. His quote was straight, not encumbered by additional costs or outlay. We saw a mouse in our condo and Austin was super professional and very thorough. He made us feel very confident about catching the mouse and gave us tips to help avoid it in the future! Haven’t had a mouse sinceÂ
We had a mouse problem in our new home. Austin came right away and was able to find all the outside entry points and seal them. We haven't seen any since. He explains all options with no pressure, and his rates are very reasonable! We also chose to have bait traps put outside, and when he came to check them there had been no activity, which he communicated and we could decide whether to continue having them or not. His honesty is appreciated! Highly recommend.Â
