RecommendedI am very pleased with the service my mom recieved today! Letee and Mary were phenomenal! Highly recommend to those who want that one on one experience with great service. Everything from the greeting as we entered the establishment till the farewell as we left was superb. My mom's cut and color looks amazing!! She literally looks 10 yrs younger!!! I was very disappointed with my service this morning. I went in to my scheduled appt. for my first Brazilian blowout and ended up with a patch of my hair burned out while they straightened it. The disappointing part was that they tried blaming it on me and asked what I had put on my hair after they had just washed it. To make matters worse, they didn't offer any professional advice or offer to make it better. Truly disappointed!
Thr ambience is relaxing and the staff is amazing. You are always greeted with a warm hello wether you are a new client or returning client.
