Seems like a scam! I was excited about my appt only to find out they charge $25 on top of regular copay fees for “recent 2025 overhead”. This seems illegal.
this office charges “admin fees” ranging from $25-$150 per visit because they want patients to cover the costs insurance companies charge them for billing. I’ve never heard of this and it was never disclaimed when discussing the billing over the phone during booking. regardless, I paid. during my time waiting to be seen, the front desk staff were very unprofessional, gossiping about previous patients for all to hear, yelling across the office, etc, and it just sealed the deal on me not wanting to be in their records or seen ... read more
