Overall, our remodel project was a disappointing experience. The quality of work didn’t meet expectations. There was no attention to detail – see attached images. (The first two pictures were fixed but material charges were added to our final invoice.) Project went over budget due to contractor neglecting to include painting of newly constructed areas and electrical costs in original budget. Project took twice as long as estimated.
