The communication for a place that’s ironically called “Let’s communicate” is terrible and would not recommend anyone to waste their time trying to schedule with them and to try another place. It is going on a MONTH of waiting for a phone call back. I called on 10/21 and the lady who answered the phone told me they had IMMEDIATE (key word here) openings to schedule my daughter for physical therapy, and all I needed to do was fill out paperwork. My son has been receiving OT, PT, and speech through Let’s Communicate for 2 years now. Each therapist my son worked with has been amazing. Their work ethic and understanding has led to so much progress for my son. Thank you Let’s Communicate!
Can’t say enough good things about let’s communicate, from the office staff like Marithza to the therapist like Melissa. They’ve made the process of therapy introduction a breeze, they are kind and patient. Answer all questions I have. I highly recommend giving them a try if your little people are needing therapy
