DO NOT BUY!! Purchased a 2022 Atlas 6/23 it needing new ******* breaks and rotors by the 10/23 Do you think LaSueur ride to rectify this NO!! Please dont do business with them!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sold me a car with a lemon title and did not tell me. I went to trade in and that's when I learn that the car was salvage/lemon title. Still waiting for their solution as I need them to buy it back. I cannot trad in anywhere else or get a rebate on a new one because of the lemon title. BEWARE
Buyer beware!! I did not purchase a car from them because as I investigated the car I was interested in, I found that it came with a damaged(factory buyback/lemon) title. They are trying to sell cars with damaged titles for the same price as clean titles. Do your due diligence first! Appraisals I received from other major dealers came back with values that were about half of what they were asking. When I confronted the Sales Mgr.(**************), he laughed it off and went on his way.

Our price was already discounted $6,000 below ****** Blue Book so an additional $20,000 off was nowhere in the ballpark. We are not able to buy these cars at the auction from the manufacturer after they have been fixed under warranty for anywhere close to the offer that you made. I am shocked and disappointed in this company's lack of professionalism. I started the purchase of a vehicle (long distance) came to a price agreement with the General Manager Kris and signed a purchase agreement, I also put him in contact with my bank. The next day they sold the vehicle to someone else?! Kris had an unbelievable demeanor like "oh well sorry ". These are the best people to get a car from they make it so easy no hassles they they do everything right in front of you computer in front of you no behind the wall .so trusting you want to test drive they bring keys take copy license and they send you out driving There the best we bought a car last year our oldest daughter bought a car from them out friends bought two vehicles from them and now we are buying a car today for our youngest daughter Than you ! Kris LeSueur is a rare professional in this industry. He sent me all of the documents that I requested on the extended warranties that his dealership offers. He returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. Although I did not buy the pre-owned GLI that I was considering (I want to buy a new car), if I was still in the market for a quality German pre-owned car in the Tempe, AZ area, he would be the first guy that I would talk to.
Best car buying experience with a dealer my spouse & I have had. It was relaxed, low-pressure & Steven was respectful of our vehicle needs & time. I would recommend Steven & this dealership to friends & family.
