No detail done, empty gas tank, the car do for service
Perhaps the best experience I have ever had in buying a car (I'm 66). They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone ! Gave me a fair price on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata, although I needed to dicker with him somewhat. There was no real pressure. No ganging up on me. After the negotiation was over, I expected the usual post-negotiation offers/tactics...there were none. The car has 17300 miles on it and appears to be in near pristine condition. According to Kelly Blue Book, I paid $2200 under average Arizona market price.
I did not f/u on going to LeSueur Car Co. however based on their response I would in the future.

LaSauer communicated with me and followed up as I was told they would. The young man from CA, an associate, not salesperson, was very helpful and nice. He answered my questions, relayed my request to a salesman who did call me back. I have not found what im looking for yet and would definitely use LeSauer.

Let me start by saying that this the ONLY dealership of the 14 I contacted that read my initial inquiry and responded with genuine answers, that posted an internet price that was real, that didn't try to hand me off to a sales manager, that was true in every since to his word. A real pleasure to have done business with Kyle and his team.
