Made an appointment for an oil change for 7::30 am this morning. left the car & went to work. Got a phone call from the service dept at 3:30pm saying they were just finishing up & telling me I needed rear differential service & a pollen filter was dirty. I agreed to it & was told it would e ready soon. When I got there at 4:20pm they were just 'finishing up' again. The guy brought the keys out at 4:38pm. Absolutely amazing!!!! I bought my 2013 Honda Odessy ex-l from this dealership yesterday 6/13/16 . I am sooooooooooo pleased. I had an awesone experience with Pat M the salesman and Mike in finance. My credit being poor and they still treated me with compassion and respect. Like I was family. I was offered the best deal and I know I wouldn't have gotten it any where else. Coast Honda has the worst service department. My husband sent his car in for a recall to be fixed and Coast returned the car with damage done to it. When confronted the service manager simply says " well it's a 2007 it isn't worth it for us to fix it" Well the damage was done under their care and they now ignore our calls. DON'T BUY OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.
