Great quick service! I love my 2018 Honda Accord. It was a great pleasure doing business with Jack Gailing. Easy, fast, no hassles. Excited to return in the future when it’s time for a new Honda.
So... one of my reverse lights on my Honda Pilot was broken and Honda estimated that it would cost $380 to repair including parts and labor. My husband ordered the part for about $80 including shipping and replaced it in less than 5 minutes. Huh?? So they make about $300 per 5 minutes or $3600 per hour. What the..........I’m confused.
Just got a certified pre-owned Honda Civic from Coast Honda and couldn't be more excited! Thanks to Dennis D and Mike C for getting everything ready for me so quickly. I came in ready to bring it home but there were a few snags and they did everything they could to facilitate everything for me. Dennis even came in on his day off to make sure I got everything I needed. Would highly recommend this dealership!
Negative first. A Service Person named Brian made my appointment. When I told him my A/C quit he proceeded to quote the cost for just diagnostic procedures exclusive of repairs at $ 177. Did not ask any information just made an appt. I have an extended warranty. Turns out there is a problem with my Honda model for A/C repairs.
