Today marks 7 days without my 2018 Impala. While I understand that changing an A/C evaporator system is timely and obtaining the part took time, I was told once the part came in my car would be worked on and completed. Today I’m told yet again it will take longer as the A/C Tech was pulled away to work on other less timely A/C jobs. What?!Unbelievable. Not what I wanted to hear. Making my first payment today on a car I don’t have, and with ZERO faith in the job even being completed right. Never again.
