The service center clearly reminded me why I purchased my Chevrolet elsewhere. Over $600 to diagnose and replace spark plugs and coil pack. $300 for the labor and the diagnostic alone! I expected a markup, but this is ridiculous. Unfortunately I didn't think I had a choice since Roadside Assistance would only take me to closest service center. I'll pay the cost of towing to my Chevy dealer next time.
