Could not be more frustrated and angry with the service department. Should be called the lack of service department. No one returns phone calls. Total run around. Done. Will never purchase another vehicle there knowing that their follow up is non existent.

Just purchased a 2020 Encore GX. Dealing with Ralph Grande was a pleasure he was great! We had an issue with the new car and Craig DiBella,the General Manager, told us not to worry that he was there for the customer. Well I heard that one before but... Craig DiBella is a man of his word and he rectified the situation to our satisfaction and benefit! Couldn’t be happier with the treatment we received from Ralph Brandon Craig and the entire Lester Glenn Buick GMC team!!
I would like to thank Craig, Lou and Brandon for the most wonderful experience I ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I had no idea what I wanted. Experience was an absolute pleasure tonight. I have been working with Tom Compeau since summer looking for a specific vehicle and right time to purchase. Tom was professional giving the right advice at the same time continuing to stay in touch without pressure. Sales Manager, Roy Dipietro worked with Tom for over two hours tonight to make sure the numbers made sense and personally ordered all accessories to be installed prior to delivery this week.
