I've had my issues here but once they were brought to the management they were addressed promptly. It's about average pricing for the area so it's not that it's overpriced it's just it in my budget at this time, so I am choosing to move at the end of my lease but i would recommend L'Estancia to friends and family :)

This is a great place to live. The front office and the maintenance crews are right there when you need them. The tenants in our building are so nice and friendly. The care given to the property is excellent. During the hurricane, Mike gave us wonderful help and information. I can't tell you how much it meant to us.

Angie and the admin team in the office is amazing. They have helped us greatly over our time here. Girl friend's been here for 3 leases, I've been here for 2. Very nice places, and very reasonable costs!

My family and I have lived here almost a year now and I have to say, Angie and Sakira are the best there is! They are always attentive to anything I have brought up and if/when needed they are on top of it! The maintenance Sup. Joe is awesome as well. He has always dropped what he is doing to address an issue I may have! The facilities available are excellent. From the pool to the fitness center, guess you could say I'm a full time resident at both those locations! Thank you L'Estancia!
