RecommendedWe just moved into our apartment and we love it! The staff was great during the moving in process. The pool and work out room is very clean and they have a playground and an area for your pets. The maintenance staff is great! The move in process was easy as well.
Great place to live. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is excellent.
I would recommend L'Estancia to anyone who is looking for a place to live. The staff is pleasant and the maintenance crew especially Mark are fantastic. Never wait more than twenty-four hour a maintenance request to be completed.
The community is a lovely place to live. If we have ever had maintenance issues they have been taken care of promptly. We have lived here almost 9 years now in a 2 bedroom and my only real complaint is the lack of washer/dryer hookups in the 2 bedroom units.
Professional, friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent!

L’estancia Review: Hello I have many problems with L’Estancia. First of all, a few days after I moved in with my family, the AC began to not work properly, so I did the reasonable and called the office and they told me that they would get it fixed. 7 months later still AC doesn’t work correctly.
