Westin Place was my favorite rental in Madison. The property managers, Theresa and Don, are friendly and professional, the rent is extremely competitive, and the area is wonderful, walkable, and family-friendly. The Westin Place building is right next door to Pick n Save, and walking distance to both Chavez elementary (along Maple Grove) and a park with a playground (along Westin). I've had a lot of landlords in a lot of states over the years, Theresa and Don are easily amongst the best, both professionally and personally.
This has been the nicest apartment I've lived in thus far in Madison, and overall. The property is beautiful, the apartment itself is wonderful and spacious. The owners are always kind and helpful. If I put in a maintenance request, it's almost always handled within 48 hours. They fixed various things before we moved in that the previous tenant never informed them of without a single issue. Even replaced the patio doors as the gas seal had broken on them. No extra charges for any of it. Plus they allow pets!
