My Primary has sent over 4 referrals for rhuematology Dr. Less Shrestha over the last 6 months. Everytime they "claim" they didn't receive it. At my last primary appointment they sent the referral again. This time they put the physical copy of the referral in my hand. I went up to the office of which I have been seen at a few years ago. Not a good bed side manner. Very impatient and rude.
I was referred to this office. They never called me for appointment. I left 4 messages after my PCP confirmed they sent the referral. After 2 weeks my PCP had to refer me to somewhere else.
Doctor is great! Trying to reach him (office) is very troublesome. Wait time 10 to 15 minutes.
I’ve been a patient for 6 or 7 yrs now and all I can say is Dr. Shrestha is a fantastic doctor, just not sure what happened to the great staff he used to have?? They’re now very unfriendly and rude, just simply not professional in how they handle things!!
