My 84 yrs old father went to this store to buy parts for his pool and all he was told was sorry we don’t carry this part anymore. No one helped him resolve his issue. My father is not very tech savvy. Once I found out, I went on line and order the part myself. So they are so lazy they can’t order the part off their website to help an elderly man. Give me a break. This store sucks. As you can tell by the other reviews. Don’t waste your time or your money.
I tried to buy supplies from them but they only had one employee on a Saturday. Every time I go there they have new staff. They’re very young people who don’t know much about the pool business or customer service. They don’t like to carry your stuff out. I just left and bought it from Sam’s.
Fantastic! very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're exceptionally generous with their time and give every customer the necessary time to deliver quality service.
They should be sued. The job application says they give u two weeks notice if they let you go. They do not. They do call you on your day off an fire you tho with no notice of nothing. No class,Not a family pool company. I recommend pinch A Penny
