I dont know what they are doing, but their testing is not accurate or their procedures are off. I brought in a sample to check against the numbers I got from my Taylor test kit. They were way off! I knew something was wrong, either with my own testing or theirs, so I went back home, took a larger sample, redid my testing with their test strips AND my Taylor kit (took pics for documentation), then took the rest of the sample back to have it tested by them again. It’s such a miracle that this company is still in business. But definitely not for long. They will not survive by continuing this terrible predatory policy on customers. There is expensive and there is Leslie’s expensive with their soul crashing prices of their products. The corporate of this company has absolutely no shame. Their greed is simply repulsive. When a shop puts your budget ahead of their own profitability, you not only know you can trust them but you realize how bad the competition is. There is basically 2 players in town in this business. I visited their competition first and was told my $1600 3 year old pool robot was toast, out of warranty and I needed to buy a new one. They showed me their inventory.
