I would give it zero stars if possible. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the store. Fast forward to the current issue..We purchased a Polaris pool cleaner in June 2025. Had a warranty issue And took it in on April 1. Off late the results of tests made here are false and at times I suspect if these are rigged to push the sale of chemicals. There has been frequent change of staff. The folks over a year ago were professional and diligent. There are repeat instances of incorrect test results. Won’t rely on them anymore!
