I went there in early March taking a water sample, afterwards they said I needed several items and would get a better price to bundle. I left the store buying over $275.00 in supplies and followed their directions. My pool was still cloudy so in April, I took another sample and was given additional instructions and spent over $300. You had someone answering the phone and working there yesterday who had no answers to anything one asked and who answered with absolutely no inflection and really no interest!
