we attempted for 2 weeks too set up services. I was told I'd be contacted multiple times with no calls emails or anything I have been pushed off twice now. not reliable not timely was late for all appointments. not impressed.

On October 14, 2019, I took my Polaris 360 Pool Vacuum to One Stop Pool & Spa Store and spoke with Brandon for repair of a defective wheel bearing, worn and stretched drive belt replacement, and routine maintenance. On October 15, 2019, I received a call from Brandon that the unit needed replacement of five wheel bearings at $49.99, a feeder pipe at $26.99, and three tires for $32.97 for total of $123.98 with tax. the girl at this location was so rude. To find out the item we needed wasnt even the one she said. They send you to a wrong location then you are treated this way....not again. I will be dealing with the better and nicer pool supply down the street
They have very poor customer service.
