I’ve been to this location many times and have always been treated with the upmost respect. The staff here really knows what they are doing and I enjoy doing business here. I can highly recommend these folks for all your pool supplies A+ and five stars from me.
Friendly, knolageable and now my pool is crystal clear with less chemicals less mantainance!
Earlier today I called Leslie’s Trussville location and asked if they had the pool noodles with a 3 1/2” diameter. The employee responded, “we have the ones with a 4” diameter.” Great an hour later I got to the store after driving THIRTY-ONE mi utes across town for the sole purpose of buying the “4”” diameter noodles. All they had was the 1 1/2” and 2 1/2” diameter noodles. When I asked where the 4” diameter noodles were they said the 2 1/2” are considered 4”?!?!?! Highly recommended. Andrea is definitely the BOMB! Never steered me wrong. Very knowledgeable and won't sell you products you don't need. She's AWESOME!!! I drive 40 miles to have my water tested and for any problems with my water because Andrea and the Trussville team can be trusted. They're all super nice and go out of their way to help you in any way. LOVE Leslie's Trussville! Visited Leslie's a few days ago to have my water tested and couldn't believe my ears! Every time I go into the store the same salesman tells me they don't have the item I am looking for. Each time he suggests I go somewhere else even though I had already called them or checked their website for the product. The first time he told me they didn't have the baskets for my size pool. Today I saw the part I needed but I won't give my business to someone who obviously doesn't want it. won't go back again.
