Terrible service , looks like the employees don’t want to work . yesterday I took the controlunit for my vacuum cleaner and the fellow said they have 10 such units but I have to bring the whole device , including the hose and the cleaner before he can work on it . He also mentioned it will take more than a month to fix it. Customer service was not good several times in the past three years that I have gone to this location. The only reason I went back was because Rick was so helpful. I almost stopped going there when his hours were limited. However, a shining star arrived that makes the experience of going to the store a pleasure. Cheryl K.
