Yes, costly for sure. But advice and service across stores seems worth the cost/value
They have stuff but i needed a quote for a new pool heater, about a $5k job. They wanted to charge $110 for an estimate. I found 3 other companies that did the estimate at no cost
Normally I wouldn't leave a review BUT this was the absolute worst experience ever and others should take notice. The store manager, Linda, is probably the worst person for the job possible. The excuses for poor customer service and her overall demeanor in person OR on the phone (bar none) is the worst, and that's being nice. The young man at the front is wonderful - don't know how he can work there. Prices are way beyond reasonable.
