I just purchased a zero turn radius riding mower from Leslie's and was extremely pleased with the overall experience and the mower. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision on which mower to purchase. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores and they perform any needed warranty work themselves. You don't get that service when you buy at Lowe's or Home Depot, and frankly to expect Leslie's to service your equipment purchased elsewhere is nonsensical. I did look for your name in our computer system, but was not able to locate any record of you purchasing equipment from us or having equipment serviced. I assume you are referring to a parts purchase, as I would not typically have a record of that.
