I stayed at this hotel during my vacation in Miami and everything was excellent. The views and breakfasts were great, but the pool experience was the highlight for me. A special thanks to Kevin, the pool attendant, who made everything so much more enjoyable with his great service.
Excellent service, 10/10. I loved that it’s right in front of the beach. The hotel restaurant is very good, and Lincoln Road mall is only 5 minutes away. The jacuzzi and pool were great, and Kevin, the pool attendant, took excellent care of us; he was very attentive and made sure we had towels. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye to him since he wasn't working the next day. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome at your hotel.
