I can say that the hotel is very nice and comfortable, excellent location in front of the beach and commercial premises. I also want to highlight the good attention, disposition and service of the worker Dixon, who was in charge of attending to me and being there at all times I needed it. Excellent worker and very professional 5 stars rating.
We loved staying here! It was a perfect location with a beautiful rooftop pool. All of the employees were extremely happy and friendly. We were so sad to go and can't wait to come back.
Do not use the valet at this property! They overcharge you and delay the time they say you are getting your vehicle. We called 30 minutes before we were ready to leave to ensure that our car would be ready and we’ve been waiting an extra hour to receive our vehicle. One person working weekends and no urgency!
Rooms were nicer than other hotels I’ve stayed at in south beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only negative is not being able to get a late check out but they were fully booked so I understood,
