Friendly knowledgeable staff was able to get me what I needed
Caution with their diagnostic service. They charge $115 for a “visual diagnostic” and $160 for a more in depth one. The visual fee is applied toward repairs if you proceed with service, but the deeper diagnostic fee is not credited back. Doesn’t make any sense. This policy was never explained to us at the store when they recommended the diagnostic, and it feels misleading, almost like a way to squeeze more money out of customers.
