I have been going to Leslie's for years. They have consistently been great about have pool chemicals in stock, offering free water tests, and sharing their pool knowledge. Recently I had an experience that disappointed me quite a bit. In the past week, I had a pool pump motor stop working that was purchased and installed from Leslie's in December 2024. We had the pleasure of getting advice and knowledge from the General Manager named D. He was one of the best people to help us at Leslie's. He was so helpful and very patient with us and our questions. I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends. Thanks D for all of your help and assistance today!
Tried to call on Sunday August 13 at 4:33pm to see if they had an o-ring for my chlorinator. Called twice and it rang about 20 times each call with no answer.
