I needed a filter grid for my DE filter that I was servicing. The associate acted like she had never seen such a thing and I had to give here the Leslie part number. She told me no retail stores had this available and gave me an address of where I could get it across town. She tried to call but there was no answer. Scammers ‼️ *In just four days, I spent several hundred dollars here, and nothing solved the problem. Their testing machine seems to only serve the purpose of selling more and more chemicals, not actually helping customers. Don’t fall for this.* I brought a water sample from my pool to this store for testing so they could tell me what chemicals I needed. I have been going to Leslie's for years. They have consistently been great about have pool chemicals in stock, offering free water tests, and sharing their pool knowledge. Recently I had an experience that disappointed me quite a bit. In the past week, I had a pool pump motor stop working that was purchased and installed from Leslie's in December 2024. This is less than a year from installation that I had to disconnect the motor from the pump housing and lug it to the store to determine the issue. Fortunately, their expert A... read more
