Disappointing Experience I visited today to have my water tested and left disappointed. Despite knowing about my low salt levels due to a leak and rain, the service was subpar. The lady assisting me was more engaged in a non-work-related conversation, hindering the water test. Even after putting her call on hold (albeit on speaker), she proceeded to criticize my low salinity and chlorine levels. While I appreciate the concern, I manage my water well. Keith has taken care of us for the last 5 years, through pool and hot tub heaters, special orders, parts, providing answers all days of the week, we couldn't ask for better service! It's always a pleasure to stop in the store and just say hello even if we don't need anything.
I really love this place for all my pool cleaning needs. The managers here are truly wonderful. Both are extremely knowledgeable of how to maintain my pool, answer All my questions and have really helped me learn about the chemistry of my pool, so I can manage it myself.
Ok, so I don't write reviews, ever! But the service at the place is excellent. Every employee I speak with is friendly and helpful. There is a woman there by the name of Holly, This girl ROCKS! she's is just so nice and patient. The stores isn't always busy but even when it is, they make sure I know I need help. They don't push products or pressure me to make any specific purchase, and the recommendations they make have been great for my pool. If you live in the north end of Tallahassee, GO THERE!
