Horrible experience! I just came into the store inquiring about connectors that attached to my pool cleaner. The young guy who had braces clueless. I asked him what was the refund policy. He told me he didn't know. I advised him, that's not something you should say if you work here and do not know the return policy. He was very dry with all his responses and had no type of welcoming energy. He then asks me what size and went to the back to grab the hose. I said ok, what about the clamps we dont have them.
