New staff isn’t as knowledgeable as prior staff
Had many many questions today, but new staff at this store, Judy previous manager had an elite knowledge of the stores items whether in store or online. Folks that are maintaining their own pools, are going to have a bit of trouble getting appropriate knowledge.
No help with the new people. I keep asking for Judy and they say she is off that day ?
Every time in this store, we have received knowledgeable information from their employees. This time, Lucia, helped us out. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with her pool information.
Honestly the only reason I go to Leslie's is because of Judy, she goes above and beyond every time I go there, and to top it off she is verry knowledgeable she know just about everything when it comes to your pool unlike most places you go Thanks again Judy for all your help
