The store is to expensive when i first moved into my home it was a constant visiting the store with a bottle of my pool water and never fails everytime we walked out ' The bill costed us $300 plus this was everytime finally my husband stated testing the water him self and he got it very blue with a few chemicals not $300 plus' we bought a water tank and had someone come to install it' Being lazy he installed it where it's a hassle to unscrew it' instead of him turning the pipe around got easy access Also we were told this wa... read more
New staff isn’t as knowledgeable as prior staff
Had many many questions today, but new staff at this store, Judy previous manager had an elite knowledge of the stores items whether in store or online. Folks that are maintaining their own pools, are going to have a bit of trouble getting appropriate knowledge.
No help with the new people. I keep asking for Judy and they say she is off that day ?
