New staff isn’t as knowledgeable as prior staff
I rarely leave reviews but I had to take a moment to recognize Celeste the Lead Sales Associate at this location. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm genuine smile and made me feel like a valued customer not just another sale. Celeste is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to pool care I came in feeling overwhelmed with water chemistry questions and equipment problems but she broke everything down so clearly and confidently and just made it all make sense. Had many many questions today, but new staff at this store, Judy previous manager had an elite knowledge of the stores items whether in store or online. Folks that are maintaining their own pools, are going to have a bit of trouble getting appropriate knowledge.
No help with the new people. I keep asking for Judy and they say she is off that day ?
Every time in this store, we have received knowledgeable information from their employees. This time, Lucia, helped us out. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with her pool information.
