I work with Dave and Sarah for ny commercial policies and find them to be professional, effective, knowledgeable and work hard to find me the best policies and pricing possible. I highly recommend them.
The customer service and industry knowledge was incredible! The time it took to quote my policy was very quick, and listed several options for coverage. The employee we dealt with explained why those options were listed very patiently. We ended up with a Homeowners, Auto and Umbrella policy that has more coverage and cost less than our previous Homeowners and Auto policy (we did not previously have an Umbrella policy). I would recommend Leslie Ray to a friend or a colleague.
I've been dealing with this company for the past 4 years at my job. Brad is the best customer service person ever. Every time I need something, there's a 2 minute turn around time. He's even proactive in meeting our business needs. I have never had any kind of problem nor have I had to call repeatedly for an answer. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
