The physician left the room without making physical contact and limited eye contact. The scrip was left on the counter. She asked for questions as the door was open and was walking out of the room. I was sent a postcard with another appointment date and time with instructions to call to cancel. I was never called to see if the initial medication worked. I'm not going back.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never left me for an... read more

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
